I expressed that we were only 5 mins late and I told him that I fail to understand how they would've been better able to serve us if we had been there 5 minutes earlier. When I told him we were there but left because they were not ready, they said that they were busy but added that our reservations were at 2pm. The wait staff and host walked by us several times with out saying a single word to us. Then he told us that it was busy and that they were trying to get to us. I told them that We were there in the store, the person that answered the phone seemed to be unaware that we had arrived and left. I informed them that we could not cancel on open table but had to call the restaurant. On the phone we were told that we had to cancel online. When we finally left and tried to book elsewhere OpenTable required us call the restaurant to cancel the reservation. After several minutes of just standing and waiting We had to go find a host and asked if they would seat us and they said give us a second and we waited another 5 to 10 more minutes and still nothing. The staff never greeted us when we arrived. We had 2 o'clock reservations for a birthday celebration.
